The All-NBA teams were announced Tuesday night and a certain point guard from the Trail Blazers made the list.
Six-time Portland All-Star Damian Lillard has been named to the All-NBA Second Team.
This is the fourth time in his career that Lillard has been named to the All-NBA Second Team.
He also has an All-Rookie first team (2013), an All-NBA third team (2014) and an All-NBA First Team selection (2018) to his name.
Dame received 372 points, including 38 first-team votes. That’s more than the 323 points and 28 first-place votes that first-team selection Kawhi Leonard received. However, Leonard plays forward while Lillard plays guard, Lillard is behind Luka Donci (402 points and 55 votes for first place) and Curry (496 points and 98 votes for first team) when it comes to guards.
Lillard led the Blazers to a record 42-30 and sixth place in the Western Conference averaging 28.8 points, 7.5 assists and 4.2 rebounds per game.
