Time Warner users say that the company has been filtered iTunes Store traffic:
Time Warner isn’t the most popular ISP on the block, particularly after the company announced a plan to begin testing bandwidth caps in Texas. Perhaps coincidentally, Time Warner customers in some parts of Texas have also been having trouble with the iTunes Store as of late.
