My day job is hiring Rails developers. Competitive salary and all that in a workplace that’s Agile. That is, we don’t call ourselves Agile while doing waterfall crap — we’re really Agile (with a touch of Scrum). We pair program, day in and day out. An added bonus is that I work with some of the smartest people that I’ve encountered (and that includes people outside of the technology group, as well) and we all have great senses of humor and you can join us!

Oh, there is pair programming in the interview. I wouldn’t count on picking up, “Agile Web Development with Rails” and bs’ing through the interview. You need to know what you’re doing.
