Mike Mangino of Elevated Rails has an introduction to Rails association proxies that’s great. I did know about the creation of methods on an association proxy, but there’s a great bit there on getting Rails to cache find results that I wasn’t aware of. The Railsway also has a good primer on association proxies, if you can’t get enough.

Yesterday over AIM, Mike Ortiz pointed out the IBM Developerworks Linux Professional Institute (LPI) exam prep which presently has 25 tutorials covering Linux system administration tasks in preparation for the LPI certification program. I’m not interested in the certification, but the exam prep material itself looks good.
