- I like the way Derek Powazek is using his bottom. That would work well for certain websites using single column designs;
- I also like what Les Orchard is doing with decafbad and offer congratulations on the new book;
- Les’ comments about WSGI are the second time I’ve heard I rave about it within a week from people whose opinion I hold in high regard;
- Allister will be visiting Chicago in two weeks (yeah!);
- Temperature controls on refrigerators should not be reachable by three-year-olds. Otherwise, you could lose a refrigerator and freezer worth of food (don’t even ask about this one right now);
- I dig these del.icio.us addresslets which were also spotted on decafbad;
- After using Rails, MVC in PHP makes me laugh;
- This guy is in a rut;
- RCN should not screw around with my cable connection that we have through Comcast and make me two hours late to work waiting for the Comcast tech to figure out what the hell was going on. As bad as Comcast is, they’re still better than RCN;
- 8 mbit download speeds feel sooooo good;
- I like the simplicity of the design of magpiebrain;
- Karl Rove, Bush’s chief political operative is in charge of the Gulf Coast reconstruction meaning that it’s, “going to be run as a patronage and political operation.” Joshua is correct in asking where the hell the opposition party is to be found.
That is all for now.

Thanks for the congratuations— now, buy a few dozen copies of my book! :)
Also… I like the looks of your templates around here, too. I’m still screwing around with mine, but I figure it was due for a change
